This website is owned and operated by Wilde Horing. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and products as offered by us. This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase items online. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Wilde Horing is a business in the clothing and accessories industry that markets, sells and distributes these items to customers. ​Subject to availability of stock and receipt of payment, orders are processed upon receipt of payment and will be delivered within 2-3 business days from that date. This means that when you receive an e-mail, stating that your order is being processed, this will be handed over to the couriers no later than 3 business days, which doesn't include weekends, subject to stock availability. If your product needs to be pre-ordered, please provide us 1-2 weeks to receive and distribute the products.

Delivery Policy
No parcel may leave the premises without payment reflecting. Your order should be delivered in 3-5 business days after the product has been posted, please bear in mind, we have no control over the delivery period once the products have been posted. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, Wilde Horing will not be held liable for any consequential loss or delays caused by the delivery company. Please ensure that you check your delivery order before accepting the delivery package. Wilde Horing will not accept liability for missing, stolen or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Wilde Horing uses reliable delivery services, such as Pudo and PostNet, which are both a drop and collect delivery service. Please make sure that the information provided to us is true and relevant and please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements. Wilde Horing supplies delivery to all of South Africa, and we also have options for out of country delivery. Wilde Horing also offers the option for delivery by way of Postnet delivery to your door, however, please note that this will be taken into account when reassessing your order invoice. Please provide us with clear instructions if you prefer a different delivery option than Pudo.​ Widle Horing will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product when couriered. ​Please note to exchange an item, we would need you to contact us regarding the exchange request within 24 hours of delivery. If the exchange is approved, upon review of reasoning and explanation, we will await the return of the item/s, which will be at your own cost, in order to resend a replacement item/s. Please return the items with all the accessories and the original packaging in order for us to review the product. If the new item/s differs in cost, you will either be given a refund or billed the difference, please note that you will have to cover the costs for delivery as well.

Returns and Refund policy
The provision of goods and services by Wilde Horing is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, Wilde Horing will provide the client with different options. Once the item is back in stock, the parcel will be prepared and shipped immediately. If you decide to cancel your order, it must be canceled within 24hrs of placing and paying for the order. ONLY in these circumstances, will a refund be done. Note that refunds take 7-10 business days.
Wilde Horing will ONLY replace goods that are not up to standard due to factory faults or if the incorrect item has been delivered.
Wilde Horing shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “Personal Information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569 and by accepting these terms and conditions clients agree that Wilde Horing may inform them via social media, email, WhatsApp or SMS of promotions and new developments among the products and services we offer. Clients can opt out of notifications by requesting it via the email address supplied below.

Payment options​
Payments can be made via manual EFT or Yoco online payment options. Wild Horing reserves the right to change product prices without any prior notice.

Your continued use of the Website or our product after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the product.
